If the private clinic you frequent is not currently enrolled to participate in our private prescription services, we can still dispense your medication without worry. Pharmacy To My Door caters to private one-off requests from private GPs, as well as regular requests for repeat medication as prescribed by your private GP. If you are already enrolled to receive your regular medicines on the NHS with Pharmacy To My Door, you can also utilise our private prescription services.
How Our Private Prescription Service Works
If, after you have been examined by your physician, it is decided you are in need of medication, your doctor will then submit a dispensary request which we will then dispense and deliver. We can also receive private prescription requests via email or fax in some cases. We can despatch your medicine in person, at our premises or organise for you to receive free prescription delivery.
Is Our Service Free?
While the option for delivery of your private prescriptions is free through Pharmacy to My Door, there is a small charge for our dispensing service. For your convenience, this can be paid in many ways including payment by phone, at our pharmacy location if you are collecting your medication from us, or through contactless payment upon delivery in some cases.
